The interface is difficult to work with, not at all intuitive, and it is frustrating to set up and adjust the feeding schedule. I work in IT and still find this interface frustrating. Enough so that I want to return this feeder before even using it once.

GREAT HELP TO THE CUSTOMER! My automatic feeder, after a year of great operation, had a small failure, I sent an email to customer service and in one day they had a response and solved it and even offered me a new one if it wasn't fixed.

It is very easy to assemble. And the instruction is very helpful for guiding you throught the settings. You can set the meal times and portions. And it works great! It will definitely make your life easier if you are very busy during weekdays or want to go out for a long day over the weekend. And it came with dessicant inside the product to keep your dry food in good condition, which is very considerate.

Works Great! This cat feeder is working well as descritbed. It is easy to use and provides the right portion of food for my cat. It only took my cat 3 days to realize he gets his food from a machine. :)
