Return & Refund Policy
If your products are obviously damaged upon receipt, please ask the courier to indicate it at the time of delivery.
If the item doesn’t work well due to a quality problem, it may be returned within 30 days of purchase and will be exchanged or credited, you are entitled to a full refund.
Items must be in original condition and accompanied by the original receipt or date of purchase. When returning merchandise, please include your name, address, phone number, and e-mail address.
It would also be appreciated if you could send us an e-mail advising of your intent to return.
We pay the delivery cost for returning if the item doesn’t work well due to a quality problem. If the item works well but you want to return it due to subjective reasons, you will need to pay the shipping fee.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. It typically takes 1-3 business days for the refund to process into your PayPal account, and it takes 2 weeks for the refund to process into your VISA account, depending on how your bank processes.
