  • If your shipment is visibly damaged upon receipt, have the courier note this at the time of delivery.
  • If the item doesn’t work well due to a quality problem, it may be returned within 30 days of purchase and will be exchanged or credited, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • Items must be in original condition and accompanied by the original receipt or date of purchase. When returning merchandise, please include your name, address, phone number, and e-mail address.
  • It would also be appreciated if you could send us an e-mail advising of your intent to return.
  • We pay the delivery cost for returning if the item doesn’t work well due to a quality problem. If the item works well but you want to return it due to subjective reasons, you will need to pay the shipping fee.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. It typically takes 1-3 business days for the refund to process into your PayPal account, and it takes 2 weeks for the refund to process into your VISA account, depending on how your bank processes.
