Exactly as advertised and great customer service! The pump that came with my initial purchase stopped working before the 24-month extended warranty and I was sent a replacement free-of-charge.

Hello! I am a veterinary student and cat mom to thirteen. I recognize how important it is for cats to get clean, fresh water and decided to get the Wopet stainless steel fountain back in early 2022. This fountain has shown to be easy to clean and very effective at encouraging the cats to drink! We used it so much I decided to purchase another in 2023. A few months later we had some minor issues with the fountain pump. I reached out to Wopet and sent them images of what was going on and they replaced the fountain! Great customer service and great product! Would highly recommend.

When changing the filter the two little clips broke off the filter inside not the black one but little filter is there a replacement for the filter holder ? I have it taped right now but the cats love drinking from the fountain

I bought this stainless Wopet waterer over 2 years ago and my cats love it. I use the gallon bottled spring water in it. With each new gallon of water is when I clean it and change filters. It has finally begun to turn off, but I certainly got my two+ years out of it. My 2 kitties have loved it. I'm giving it to a neighbor to see if her kitties will use it. This go round I'm getting the 2L that pools with flower fountain. I always buy extra filters when I buy warerer, well worth it. I am so very pleased with Wopet, I'll never use another namebrand.

My animals love the Wopet. We purchased it to encourage our cats to drink more water as kittens, and they took to it immediately! Our dogs even use it (despite that they are way too big for it) they love the fountain feature. Recently we had an issue with the suction power and connection between the pump and the fountain. After reaching out to the company they were so accommodating, and immediately assisted us to replace the fountain. Customer service is such a rarity lately and Wopet went above and beyond. Highly recommend this company!

My cats love this water fountain. Had issues with my male cat who had several bouts of urinary tract issues, and the vet said he needed to drink lots of water. So. I got the stainless steel version, and my cats took to it right away.

I am very happy with this stainless steel cat fountain. I like the fact that it is stainless steel and very easy to clean. Stainless steel is the way to go!

Super easy to set up. Nice water fountain for cats. Great for small to medium pets. Would recommend a larger unit for large dogs though. Easy to fill and easy to clean. Order extra filters to keep it running well. I've even gifted this fountain to other pet owners. I would buy again.
