This bowl is awesome! We can leave town and not worry about the cat running out of food, and we can check in on him with the camera. We can even talk to him over the microphone. Even if the wifi goes out for some reason, the scheduled feedings continue to work unabated. The hopper will hold an entire small bag of cat food, and it has a sight glass to monitor the level of food remaining. If there is a downside, it is that our cat may believe that he has developed psychic powers. He has caught on to the times that the food dispenses and I will catch him staring at the bowl until the food drops, and occasionally he will give me a knowing glance as if he believes he willed the food to drop. He can believe whatever makes him happy and stay well fed.

We've been using this for our dog for some time. This feeder is easy to refill and it holds for a lot of food. The device is easy to setup and create a food plan. Dogs enjoy a real schedule that is kept (they give a look when they miss it). The whole assembly puts together where the bowls rest in tightly--even when my dogs get overly excited. What is really fun is the camera that views the bowls is a wonderful dog's-eye-view. If anything, this is a perfect system for long term boarding of pets.

I have bought a lot of cat feeders on Amazon. The gravity feeders were my first purchase. They were fine but they were really manual. I didn't like having to constantly adjust. I also didn't like that my cats essentially free fed. They got really chunky. I then switched to some robotic one. That one didn't dispense well. It actually spilled a lot and was very messy. Finally, I switched to this. The design may look funky but that giant hole allows the pellet to fall out into the bowl directly where it doesn't overflow. It's super easy to setup and my cats enjoy it. I find it fit for purpose! I would recommend this to others who just want to feed their cats healthily and not worry if they go out on the weekend. The food won't spill. The cats will eat. It is great.

As a cat mom that keeps rescuing strays, this thing is AMAZING! I have purchased 4 other brands and they all stopped working within a couple days and became useless. Not this one! It has been amazing! I get alerts when the bowls are too full and i need to clear it out, when my cats are arriving to eat after meals are dispensed, it's amazing! I can open the app and view the camera any time and it's always crispy! I can not only set meals, but I can dispense snacks. Having 6 cats I could not recommend this more!!

The built-in camera has clear picture quality and the night vision function is also very useful. I can always check whether my pet is eating normally. The two-way voice function is a plus, allowing me to "chat" with my cat and dog outside. It is suitable for two pets to share, and the capacity is sufficient.
